Zenith Suite is developed by Black Syntax and published on Google Play by Friend Castle. These terms cover every app in the Zenith Suite, including each app added to the suite later. Installing or using a Zenith Suite app means you accept them. If you don't, uninstall the app; that is the whole exit.
what you get
A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Zenith on the Android devices tied to your own Google account, for as long as you follow these terms. Purchases are one-time. There is no subscription, no renewal, and nothing to cancel.
Every Zenith Suite app is installed and bought on its own. Buying one does not unlock another.
buying zenith
Google Play is the seller. Every purchase and in-app purchase is a transaction between you and Google under Google Play's Terms of Service. We do not process payments, never see your payment details, and cannot charge you directly.
- Paid apps — bought once on Google Play. No subscription, no renewal.
- Free apps — installed at no cost, with the paid features unlocked by a one-time in-app purchase, tied to the Google account that bought it and restorable on reinstall.
Which Zenith Suite apps are paid, which are free, and what each costs are set in Google Play and shown there in your currency; the store page is the authority, not this one. Refunds go through Google Play under Google's refund policy — we cannot issue one for you. If something is broken, email [email protected] first: most refund requests are bugs we can fix faster than the refund clears.
what you make is yours
Your constellations, layouts, talismans, custom icon assignments, star-chart exports, notes and AI conversations belong to you. We claim no ownership of them and take no licence to them — we could not, because none of it reaches us. See the privacy policy.
Back up what matters. A star chart is exported only when you choose to export one, and uninstalling an app clears its storage. Recovering data you never exported is not something we can do.
what stays ours
The apps themselves — code, interface, animations, the icon artwork, the fonts we licence, the Zenith name, wordmark and marks — remain the property of Black Syntax and its licensors. Your licence to use them does not transfer any of it.
So, plainly, don't:
- Redistribute, re-upload, mirror or sell a Zenith APK or AAB, modified or not.
- Extract the icon artwork, fonts or other assets and ship them in another icon pack, wallpaper app, theme, template or asset bundle — free or paid.
- Reverse-engineer, patch, or otherwise work around purchase verification to unlock Zenith Gold or any paid app, or distribute tools or instructions for doing so.
- Use the Zenith name, wordmark or star mark for your own app, listing or store presence, or in a way that suggests we made or endorsed something we didn't.
And, just as plainly, you're welcome to: screenshot and record your setup, post it anywhere, review the apps honestly, build your own constellations however you like, keep your own backups, and use Zenith on every device you own.
what we expect of you
Zenith is a tool for your own phone. Use it that way.
- Don't use it against the law or against another person. No harassment, no stalking, no fraud, no infringing someone else's rights with it.
- Don't turn its permissions on someone else. Notification access and the accessibility service exist so your own phone answers to you. Setting them up on a device that isn't yours, or to read another person's notifications or content without their knowledge, is a misuse of Zenith and a breach of these terms.
- Don't interfere with the app or with other people's copies — no injected code, no automated abuse, no attempt to break the safety filters in the AI features.
- Be old enough. You need your own Google account, and permission from a parent or guardian if you are under the age of majority where you live.
ai features
Zenith Suite apps with AI are additionally bound by the Acceptable Use Policy and the AI & Safety policy. Those are part of these terms. AI-generated content can be wrong or invented; it is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and you should verify anything that matters before acting on it.
what zenith changes on your device
Some Zenith Suite apps change how Android itself behaves — a launcher replaces your home screen, which means Android asks you to make it the default, and an icon pack changes how your apps look. Optional permissions are described one by one in the privacy policy. All of it is reversible: switch your default launcher back, revoke any permission, or uninstall. Choosing to change a system default is your call to make, and the consequences of that choice on your particular device are yours.
availability, and what isn't promised
The Zenith Suite is growing. Some apps are released and listed on Google Play; others are still being built, and more will join. Google Play is where you can see what is actually available — nothing on this site or in these terms is a promise that an unreleased app will ship, ship on a date, ship at a price, or ship with any particular feature.
Released apps change too. Features may be added, reworked or removed in an update, and support for old Android versions or devices may end. Zenith targets Android 8.0 and above; manufacturer skins, battery managers and OEM launcher restrictions differ by device and are outside our control.
no warranty
Zenith is provided as is. We build it carefully and test it on real devices, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, ROM or Android version. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Black Syntax and Friend Castle are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost time or lost profits arising from your use of Zenith. Our total liability for any claim relating to an app is limited to the amount you actually paid for that app — which, for a free install, is nothing.
Some places do not allow these limits. Nothing here takes away a consumer right you hold under the law where you live, and where a limit above is not permitted, it simply does not apply to you.
ending this
You end these terms by uninstalling. We may end your licence if you breach them — redistributing the apps, stripping the assets, or circumventing purchase verification are the clear cases — and Google may remove or suspend an app from Play under its own agreements. Ending the licence does not entitle us to anything you made; that stays on your device, and stays yours.
changes
If these terms change, the updated version is posted here and dated above. Continuing to use Zenith after a change means accepting it; if you don't, uninstall.
disputes and the law
Email us before anything else — [email protected]. Nearly everything is a misunderstanding or a bug, and both are cheaper to fix than a dispute. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Black Syntax is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without removing the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Your purchase itself remains governed by Google Play's Terms of Service.
