Zenith AI — Acceptable Use Policy
Publisher: Black Syntax · Applies to: every Zenith app with an AI feature · Effective: 2 August 2026
Zenith's AI (Cielo, and any persona/Tulpa you create) is here to help you think, plan, write, organize, and create. Like any tool, it has limits — set here for everyone's safety and to comply with Google Play policy.
What Zenith's AI will not do
Regardless of how a request is phrased, Zenith refuses to generate — or to help attempt — content in these areas, in text or as a request for images, video, or audio:
- Child safety (CSAE): anything that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. Zero tolerance.
- Sexually explicit content, and non-consensual intimate imagery (including "deepfake"/edited images or video of real people).
- Hate and harassment targeting people for who they are.
- Dangerous or illegal instructions — weapons, explosives, drug synthesis, poisoning, and similar.
- Deception and impersonation for harm — phishing, scams, fraud, or deepfaking a real person's voice, face, or likeness to deceive. (Creating or cloning your own voice for your own persona is fine.)
- Self-harm facilitation. If you're struggling, Zenith responds with support and a crisis line, not a wall — see AI & Safety.
- Safety-bypass / "jailbreak" attempts that try to remove these limits.
We block the attempt, not just the result — requests in these areas are refused before the AI runs, and responses are checked before they appear or are spoken.
Reporting
Every AI reply has a Report action. If something offensive gets through, report it — it's logged on your device and removed from the live conversation, and it helps us tighten the filters. You never have to leave the app to report.
AI-generated content — verify what matters
Content marked "AI-generated" can be wrong or made-up. Don't rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or other consequential decisions without checking a qualified source. It is not professional advice.
Enforcement
These rules are enforced in-app on every device. Attempting to bypass them may result in refused requests. We update the policy and filters as needed; material changes are reflected here.
