Cards & email drafts
Two things ask the sky — Tasks' AI — can make that live on a task: a card the star opens, and an email ready to send.
Task cards
A card is a small interactive panel a star can carry — text, headings, boxes to type in, sliders and buttons. Ask the sky builds cards. A star with one opens its card when you reach it, instead of completing.
Make one:
- Open settings › "files" › "✦ ask the sky to build a card". It shows only while "zenith ai in this app" is on.
- Ask the sky opens with "build me a card for " already typed. Finish the sentence and send.
Or ask for a card in the chat in your own words.
Use one:
- A star with a card wears a thin outer band.
- Reach it in the bloom and the card opens as a sheet from the bottom.
- What you type or set on it is saved on the star, so it is there next time.
- Its buttons play a sound. They change nothing else.
A card that can't be read says "this card couldn't be read."
Ask the sky can also fill in one of a card's boxes, or set a slider, and it is saved on the star as if you had typed it.
The card is not the • details box beside a star. That one is read-only and shows the task's own lines.
Email drafts
A task can carry an email — who, subject, body — ready to open in your email app. Both buttons sit under "actions" on the task's edit sheet, on open tasks, only while zenith ai is on.
"✦ autocomplete" — "drafting…" shows, and the AI reads the title and description and writes an email.
- The draft is kept on the task, and its body replaces the task's description.
- Your email app's "draft email" chooser opens with it: "drafted (…)", or "draft saved to the task." when none opened.
- With no AI available it says "couldn't autocomplete on this device…".
"▷ begin" — once the task carries a draft. It opens the saved draft in your email app, with no AI. With no email app: "no email app to draft into."
Nothing is sent until you send it from your email app. The draft makes no undo copy.
The AI-made line
Anything the AI wrote that isn't a chat bubble carries a small line, with "⚑ report" beside it:
- on a card: "✦ built by AI — verify what matters"
- on an email draft: "✦ drafted by AI — verify before sending"
"⚑ report" turns to "⚑ reported". A report tightens later safety checks. The ⚑ report stays yours; ask the sky never reports for you. See AI safety — Zenith Guard & consent.
