How Tasks fits the suite
Zenith Tasks is one app in the Zenith Suite. It works alone. Installed beside other Zenith apps, it shares a little with them and can hand things to them. The family as a whole is on The Zenith Suite & broker.
What the apps share
The broker is the part of the Zenith apps that lets them share things on the phone, with no server. Only real Zenith apps can read from it.
What Tasks shares through it:
- AI keys, and the AI model you pick. Enter a key once, in any Zenith app, and every Zenith app can use it. See Shared keys & connected accounts.
- Connected accounts. See Shared keys & connected accounts.
- A few suite settings: the touch mode, label placement and sound. If the suite has set one, Tasks takes it over its own; if not, Tasks' own setting stays.
- The shuttle — the suite's shared list of things in transit. See The Shuttle in Tasks.
One app holds it
Of the Zenith apps installed, the highest-ranked one holds the shared things, and the others read from it: Launcher, then Mind, Tasks, Calendar, AI, Journal, Tulpa. The Icon Pack never holds them. If no other Zenith app is installed, Tasks keeps everything itself, so it never depends on another app.
If a higher-ranked Zenith app is installed later and takes over, it brings over the AI keys, connected sign-ins, shuttle items with their files, and suite settings from the app that held them — Tasks, if Tasks was holding them. It only fills what is empty and never overwrites, so keys and items you deleted can't come back.
Never Gold
Zenith Gold never goes through the broker. Each app sells its own, and unlocking one never unlocks another. See Zenith Gold in Tasks.
Ask the sky across apps
Ask the sky — Tasks' AI — can use the abilities of every other Zenith app on the phone, and theirs can use Tasks'. Tasks shares its abilities only while both its own "zenith ai in this app" and the suite's master AI switch are on. If either is off, Tasks offers nothing.
