Settings, page by page
Tasks' settings are in the Zenith suite's house style: everything lowercase, a short helper line under each row, "›" to go deeper, "→" to open something, "↗" to open the web, ✦ in burnt gold for Zenith Gold, and "· close ·" at the end.
Open settings
- the "settings" button, bottom right of the main screen
- in "hold & drag", a quick double tap on empty sky

"folds & tablets" is Gold, the whole page. Without Gold a tap opens the Gold offer instead, and the ✦ goes once you have Gold.
"files"
The "files" page has four groups:
- files: "save this sky (.zts)", "open a sky, a node or a backup", "back up everything (.zbak)" — see Save, open & back up
- tidy: "archive", "sweep completed", "review & insights", "templates" — see Delete, retire & the archive, Search, blockers & review and Templates
- samples: "add the tutorial sky" — "a sky whose tasks teach the moves · doesn't count toward free limits" — and "add demo content" — "explore someone else's sky · doesn't count toward free limits". While one is on the phone its row reads "remove the tutorial sky" or "remove demo content". See The tutorial sky & demo content
- ai: "✦ ask the sky to build a card" — only while "zenith ai in this app" is on. See Cards & email drafts
"capture"
Four rows: "open the shuttle" — "what you captured, waiting to be filed or sent on"; "paste a list" — "every line becomes a star"; "start the floating bubble" — "capture over any app"; and "stop the bubble".
One page at a time
Each page starts "‹ ‹title›". Tap that line, or press back, to step out one page. While a page is open the sheet won't close; it closes only from the list.
"chat memory", "safety" and "sent with your yes" step back to "ask the sky". The rest step back to the list.
Coming back from a screen
Some rows open a screen of their own: "model", the region editor, "open the shuttle", "paste a list", "today's agenda", "manage accounts", "archive", "templates" and "review & insights". Settings remembers the page you were on. Back from that screen, or swiping it away, reopens settings on that page.
Doing something there that ends on the sky goes to the sky instead: "use" on a template, adding a pasted list, "task it" on the agenda, or dragging a row out of the shuttle.
Some screens open settings straight onto a page. A place or weather trigger saved with its feature off opens "places & privacy".
