The Zenith Suite & broker
Zenith Launcher isn't a lone app. It's one member of the Zenith Suite — a family of Zenith apps that recognise each other on your device and pass things back and forth. The launcher is App One, and your sky — your home screen — is where much of that sharing surfaces.
How the apps find each other
Android keeps apps from freely seeing what else is installed. Zenith opts in: the launcher names its sibling apps — Zenith's mind, tasks, AI, calendar, being, and icon-pack apps — so it can spot them and hand off to them. Only apps signed by the same developer key count as siblings, so a look-alike app can't slip into the family.
The broker — the shared shelf
Suite apps share through a broker: a private, signed shelf on your device that co-signed Zenith apps can read from and write to. You never open it. The launcher plays a special role — once it's installed, it hosts that shelf for the others.
You don't need its inner workings. What matters is what rides on it, each with its own page:
- Shared AI keys, so a key added in any Zenith app works here too.
- Lenses — shared AI modes — and the assistant's active persona.
- The shuttle — the suite's shared tray for passing things between Zenith apps.
- Some shared settings, and the record of what Gold you own (kept per app).
What stays separate
Sharing has limits, on purpose. Your AI keys are shared; your Gold upgrade is not. Each Zenith app has its own Gold, bought once for that app — buying the launcher's Gold unlocks the launcher only. More on that in Shared keys, connectors & Gold across the suite.
