List view
List view shows the same sky as an indented outline instead of a bloom — the rings that open where you touch. It is Zenith Launcher's list mode, for Tasks. The sky's name sits at the top.
Open it
Either of these:
- settings › "layout & size" › "view" › "list"
- "view", bottom right › "view mode"
Read a row
Each row is a task: a coloured dot, the title (struck through when done), its subtitle, and small marks:
| mark | means |
|---|---|
| ⏳ | waiting |
| 🔔 | a reminder still ahead |
| 📎 | attachments |
| ↻ | repeats |
A node shows an arrow, up when open, down when closed.
Work a row
- Tap a node's row to open or close it.
- Tap a star's row to complete it.
- Tap the dot to complete or reopen any task.
- Hold any row, or its dot, to open its edit sheet.
- + on a row — "add a star inside" — opens a new task inside that task.
- The round "add task" button, bottom left, adds a task at the top of the sky.
Completing here works as it does everywhere: you can undo it, its reminder is cancelled, and talismans that wait for a completion run. A node set to complete only once the tasks inside are done, with some still open, is refused: "finish the tasks inside first — this one completes only when they're done." Reopening can be undone too, and puts its reminders back.
Regions
In a sky with regions — parts of the screen with their own bloom — each region's tasks sit under its name. An empty region still shows its name. Tap a region's name row (it ends in +) to add a task straight into that region.
Horizon and context
With a horizon or "match my context" set in the viewer panel, only tasks that fit — or that hold one that fits — show. Moving the timeline slider moves the window, and the list follows it. See The viewer panel.
"priority only" does not filter List view. Only the bloom reads it.
